SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

WARRANTY

NOVARE ENTERPRISES, LLC guarantees that all orders are received free from damage incurred during shipping, defects in product craftsmanship or materials, and any error in accuracy from us or our partners. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product(s) delivered and report any damages or defects to NOVARE within ten (10) days.

Some items may have further warranty protection(s) from the manufacturer and is available upon request.

LTL Deliveries

Any products delivered via LTL carrier service MUST be properly inspected upon arrival. All LTL deliveries require a signature of approval and will be used to protect their service if damages were noted and reported post delivery. Proper inspection is required by NOVARE and ignoring such will result in the inability for NOVARE to fully assist with insurance claims with the carrier. Warranty claims should be made to contact@novareenterprises.com.

Proper inspection includes:

  • Visual inspection for crate or pallet damages.
  • Collect digital photos of any damages both to the crate and packaged goods.
  • You have the right to reject any deliveries if damages are apparent.
  • Notate all details of any damages (even if minor) on the Proof of Delivery document provided by the carrier.
  • Report any damages or rejection of delivery immediately to NOVARE.

Failure to comply with the above procedures could result in financial loss to the customer.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Some online items that have been marked down for the first time within 5 days of the original date of purchase may be eligible for a price adjustment. Price adjustments do not qualify if combined with previous discounts and are not guaranteed. All requests for price adjustments can be made by e-mail us at contact@novareenterprises.com for review.

CANCELLATIONS / ORDER CHANGES

The customer has 24 hours to request a cancellation or order change from the original date of purchase. Please send requests to contact@novareenterprises.com. If the order has entered production, has been packaged, or has already shipped this may result in the inability to accommodate the order change or cancellation.

RETURN POLICY

Stock items purchased online may be accepted for a return up to thirty (30) days from the purchase date. Please send a return request at contact@novareenterprises.com for approval. Please do not attempt a return without first contacting NOVARE for review. Failure to do so may delay returns / refunds or it may be denied completely depending on the nature of the product. NOVARE is not liable in any way for items returned without prior written approval.

A 20% restocking fee applies to  all stock items. Custom or special order items provided by NOVARE or it’s partners are non-returnable or refundable. All items approved for return must be done so by the customer and at the customer’s expense. NOVARE ENTERPRISES, LLC is not liable for any damage incurred during shipping.

Returned items must be received in like-new, resalable condition, and in the product’s original packaging.

Custom-fabricated products and special order items cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to doors, windows, retractable screens, and products with tempered glass. Custom order details must be carefully inspected prior to purchase and any errors must be reported prior to purchase, including any details made in error by NOVARE ENTERPRISES, LLC. Custom orders require written approval.
