Dimensions are intended as a guide only. Calculated weight checks should be performed to ensure doors built to maximum height and widths do not exceed maximum weight.
Can be used for timber, aluminum, or composite panels.
Cycle tested to the equivalent of opening and closing panels.
Compatible with Centor Dropbolts or Twinpoint Locking systems.
10-year warranty
BUYING INSTRUCTIONS:
These hardware kits only include necessary pivot sets, hinges, top & bottom rollers, and tracks specific to common configurations. Note that there are two different options per kit-selection based on the height of your panels. Each kit is also equipped with 13' 1" long top and bottom tracks. If you need lengths beyond that or a upgraded bottom sill option as shown in the the product brochure, please use our quote tool and provide the details of your project needs.
E3 HINGE & ROLLER HARDWARE KIT CONFIGURATIONS: NOTE: Centor® will not custom cut or fabricate tracks to specific sizes and specifications. Be sure to calculate the width of your panel to determine your needed track length.

WEATHER SEAL OPTIONS:
426BLK 3/8" black weather seal / kerf installation / perfect for sealing between panels
427BLK 5/8" black weather seal / kerf installation / commonly used for parameter seals (jamb stops and raised thresholds with a stop)
P108-35 kerf pile seal kit is a great option for additional sealing between an active (daily-use) panel and it's counterpart panel. Typically installed on the same edge of a panel as a multi-point lock system on the exterior side.
P108-50 kerf pile seal kit is a basic way of sealing off the exterior elements at the bottom of the panels. We recommend doubling the kit for flush floor track installations.
For your convenience, we have added weather seal kits according to size. These are of course optional and may not apply to your specific project. For example, if you are fabricating a folding door or window system that utilizes steel frame panels, it is likely that you will be using an alternative self-adhevise weather strip. In that case, the kerf style weather seals that we make available may not apply to your project at all.
LOCKING HARDWARE:
Locking hardware is sold separately and there is essentially two ways to secure your folding system:
[OPTION 1: DROP-BOLTS] The Centor drop-bolts are flush mounted on the interior face of your system at the top and bottom and they activate with the push of a finger. It is the simplest method for installing and securing your door or window.
[OPTION 2: GEN2 TWIN-POINT LOCK] For a more advanced locking system that also eliminates the visibility of additional hardware is the Gen 2 Twin-Point locking system from Centor. Once installed, the top and bottom shoot bolts are activated with a simple twist of the lever located at a single location on the interior face of the panel. Additionally, the new Gen2 Twin-Point lock is the only method available currently that makes it possible for even-number stacked systems (e.g., 2L, 2R, 2L+2R, 4L, etc...) to be accessible from the exterior.
MAGNET CATCH:Magnet catches are designed to go on specific panels to keep them stacked together when the entire system is in the open position.
